01May2008 The discreet one himself will make an appearance at his Madison Avenue flagship store on the 4th floor in NYC, today! Sorry no sample sales, but you may get a glimpse or oh man, can I say it.........touch the hands that makes those darling red-soled shoes favored by fashionistas and the Big O. Barneys NY creative director Simon Doonan created the sketch above that will be blown up and placed in the window of the store. Not a bad idea, but somebody may need to call the po-po, this could be a rock star event. Wishing I was a martian.........
