Versace Spring Hue's - fantastical! Color on Color Works...

Check out Versace's latest Spring Ad's with the lovely Gisele Bundchen......these colors aim to please for Spring. The only misstep with these shoes is the BLATANT "Christian Louboutin" red-sole knock-off that has made him famous. (Shaking finger at Versace...you should know better). But then again, it may beat the $800 price tag in which Mr. Louboutin is also known for. Take that Oprah (hey, we know you love his shoes but some of us have bills!) Ok, I digress......enjoy the sensationalism my fashionable friends. Be sure to add these bold colors to your Spring wardrobe even if you take a stroll through Target.

Hey we told you color worked for this Spring, so go ahead and be bold - this may be the only season you can get away with matching from head-to-toe, but don't over do it; throw in different solid color accessories to off-set the color scheme a tad.

The Italian luxury footwear company is expanding into ready-to-wear under its younger label, Paciotti 4US. The company made famous for its exquisitely designed shoes and dagger logo opened its first stand alone boutique in Rome last month. Distribution of the ready-to-wear collection is still in its early phase. I guess us mere US Aliens will have to wait until its first US Flagship store. Virtual Stylist will keep the kiddies posted!

Cavalli Rocks At H&M NYC

The self-proclaimed Rock Star showed up to the H&M 5th Avenue Flagship store to find fashionistas who had been sleeping outside as early as 7pm the night before. He quipped, "I spoke with London and Milan and they said, after two hours, everything was sold out!" While that's impressive, even more impressive is the fact the the entire bottom floor of the 5th Avenue location sold out in 2 minutes flat. WHOA!
The first 150 people in line received gift cards ranging from $5 to $300, a signed ad campaign poster and a Cavalli T-shirt. Not bad for freezing in the brrrr cold and sleeping like a vagrant for a couple of hours.
Remember Virtual Stylist reported this summer that the male diva, Mr. Cavalli was coming to H&M, well..........he has arrived.
VS will be in NY in December grabbing up what will hopefully be Spring '08 - Meow!

Karl Lagerfeld to hit the silver screen........

Mr. Fashion Bizarro himself (and we love it) will be coming to a movie screen near you. The new docu-drama titled "Lagerfeld Confidential" will open in theaters on Friday, October 26, 2007. It's by Rodolphe Monconi who apparently spent two years following the fashion guru. One can only imagine what naughty deeds will go on in this one. We can't wait!
